About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kun9 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the kun9.app website, its associated mobile web application, all gaming services, promotional offers, and customer support services accessible through this platform. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the kun9 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account. kun9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use kun9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold a kun9 account. Failure to satisfy any condition at any point may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the active use of your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if any details change.
• You must not hold more than one (1) active kun9 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity when using the platform for real-money wagering activities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement with kun9 or any other gaming platform at the time of registration or account access.

kun9 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle. Players who refuse to submit requested verification documentation may have their account suspended and withdrawal requests held pending verification completion.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each player may register one account only. kun9 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must notify kun9 customer support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or if you observe any unauthorised activity on your account. kun9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

• Registration information must be accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. Required documentation typically includes a Bangladesh national ID card (NID) or passport.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kun9 will attempt to contact the registered player before applying any dormancy policy.
• kun9 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or money laundering activity.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

kun9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay mobile banking platforms. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kun9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, individual mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of kun9's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. kun9 targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing windows may experience delays. kun9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kun9 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal event offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

• A bonus must be actively claimed within the promotional window stated. Expired or unclaimed bonuses will not be retroactively credited under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts or via fraudulent registration activity will be voided.
• kun9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering in progress at the time of cancellation will not be retrospectively voided.
• Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in any kun9 promotional offer. Bonuses will not be awarded to ineligible accounts and any such awards made in error will be reversed.

kun9 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotional terms are published on the Platform and are subject to change. Players are responsible for reading the terms of each individual offer before participating.

5 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

kun9 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in ways not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent wagering requirements.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to collecting multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing responsible gaming restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime using the kun9 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the kun9 platform, its servers, software infrastructure, or any connected third-party service provider systems.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or in connection with any support interaction with kun9 staff.

kun9 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Decisions made by kun9 with respect to account actions resulting from detected prohibited conduct are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 of these Terms.

6 Account Suspension and Termination

kun9 may suspend or terminate a player's account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; reasonable suspicion of money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or where continued operation of the account would expose kun9 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon termination of an account, kun9 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account to the player via their registered mobile banking method, after deducting any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements. Balances associated with accounts terminated for fraud or Terms breach may be forfeited in whole or in part at kun9's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the kun9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, sound files, video content, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of kun9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content. Any unauthorised use of kun9 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kun9, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the kun9 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or the cost of procuring substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether kun9 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kun9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily reduce or suspend platform availability. kun9 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays outside of its direct control.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

kun9 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. kun9 does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored using SSL-encrypted systems and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

10 Responsible Gaming

kun9 is committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its players. All accounts include access to deposit limit controls, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within the account settings area and do not require a support interaction to activate. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to contact the kun9 support team for further guidance.

kun9 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory. 11 Amendments to These Terms

kun9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kun9 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the kun9 platform after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. Players who do not wish to accept revised Terms should cease use of the platform and may contact support to request account closure.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kun9 platform that cannot be resolved informally through the kun9 customer support team should be submitted in writing to the kun9 support email address. kun9 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within five (5) business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of acknowledgement.
